How do I register to the Ghana E-Payment Portal?

To register to the E-Payment Portal for the first time you have to click on the "Log In" link on the top right corner of the main page. On the left side you are asked to regsiter a new account by pressing the "Create an Account" button. Please enter your First Name, Last Name, E-Mail Address and choose a Password (should be 6 or more digits alphanumeric). You may vote to receive the E-Payment Portal Newsletter by ticking the Newsletter box. Then confirm your registration with "Submit". An E-Mail confirmation is sent to you listing your user details and password. Make sure you store the Mail in case you forget your password.

Do I have to register if I have already registered on the Ghana E-Services Portal?

Yes, you have to register another time.

What do I do if I forget my User Name and/or my Password?

First you should try to locate your registration Mail sent to you by the E-Payment Portal that contains your original password. If you cannot find the Mail you can choose to click the "Forgot Your Password?" link on the "Log In" page. On the next screen you have to enter your E-Mail Address and request a new password.

Can I change Details on my Account, eg Address? If yes, how can I do that?

After logging in to your account you can change your personal account settings including billing and shipping address by clicking "Edit" and "Manage Addresses" in the top right corner of every box. You can also edit your newsletter subscription.
