What are the Payment Types acceptable on E-Payment?

Currently E-Payment accepts VISA Credit Card Payment, eTranzact Card Payment as well as Cash & Cheque Payment via Payall. For details see the "Payment Types" section. Additional Payment Types are being added in Q1 & Q2 2013. We recommend signing up to our Newsletter to stay updated on recent developments.

How is the Payment processed?

All  types of electronic payment (Credit/Debit Card, eTranzact, Mobile Money, PayPal etc.) are processed and confirmed in real time. The system acknowledges a successful payment on-screen and proceeds to confirm your order. If the payment is rejected by the payment provider you are also notified and directed back to your cart to try again or choose a different payment type.

How does Payment with Cash or Cheque work?

Payments with Cash or Cheque can not be confirmed in real time; instead your order is set to status "pending" and you receive a Reference ID on-screen and via E-Mail. You have to present the Reference-ID to any Payall Payment Point close to your location and make your payment. The system will autmatically change your order status to "payment confirmed" and start processing your order and send an order confirmation by E-Mail.  To check the status of your order you log in to your account .
